Missing crystal

in Bugs and Known Issues
I just complete the black panther expert daily and it showed I shouldve got a 5* sig stone crystal but when I went to crystals to open I have none? I exited game and restarted but still no crystal! Can you please help.

    Did the crystal come up at the end of the quest?
    Did you check on the third tab of crystals (with the solo crystals)?
