Ragnarok vanqish blow Ranking BUG!!!?

in Bugs and Known Issues
My ranking is 2200th in last <ragnarok vanquish blow>,but I am not in the 1%一20%.
Are there only 10000 peoples playing this game? I can not blieve! Is it a bug?

    You gotta remember not everyone hits ranked rewards right so yes probably 10k hitting the 832k or w.e. needed for ranked rewards.

    Please read the rule.The rule of this one compels everyone that in the arenas into its ranking.Are there only 10000 in the Arenas?Impossibility!

    It took me forever to get rewards. Depends on your bracket. Approximately top 11,000 hit 1-10% in advanced brackets
