She Hulk / Dare Devil Synergy not working correctly.

Running a team that included Hulk, She hulk and Dare Devil Classic Hulk's special 1 should have had 100% stun effectiveness but my very first special 1 against an old school Ultron failed to stun after landing. That synergy was the whole point of ranking up She Hulk. I also noticed the AI retaliates about 1/4 second before the stun counter expires.

Thank you for your interpretation. Sorry it has taken so long to respond. I wanted to carefully consider the way the synergy is worded against math and logic. You are incorrect.
The "Legal Defense" Synergy when partnered with a Dare Devil reads as follows. All Champions' stun abilities are 15% more likely to trigger.
So let's break this down. A champ must have the stun ability.
Check: Hulk has it with his specials.
"85% chance to Stun the opponent for 2 seconds. The duration of the Stun increases by 1 second for each fury effect the Champion has.
So it is 85% percent likely to trigger. And with the synergy 15% more (+) likely to to trigger. 85%+15%=100%.
It's been a while since grad school but I was pretty sure about this. Now I can't speak to what Kabam's intention was but the way the synergy is written it seems broken. Or maybe I just got cheat blocked. Sometimes that happens. Either way it is broken.
Also, I agree with OP, the synergy is worded as "more likely" and seems like it should reach 100%, but then again - Kabamlogic.
What we need is exactly we never get!!
the synergy says 15% more. Which (logically and mathematically) means an addition of the (15% of the 85%) to the 85%
Couldn't you say the same for permanent power locking? Both eliminate most of the difficulty. One just requires a few more swipes.
Read closer you even said it "stuns are 15% more likely to trigger". It doesn't say an additional bonus of 15% is incurred. That additional "15% to trigger" is actually a very small increase to probability. If you had a 50% chance to trigger added to 85%, you don't get 135% because it's a "chance" there's still 50% chance it fails and you're stuck at 85%
The whole RNG in this game is a joke and the timers for buffs, all too often especially in arenas I'll parry someone and instantly get parried back.. Over.. And over.. And over literally never getting off an Attack until sp3 and it doesn't matter whom I fight.. So the AI (defender) gets these mysterious "boosts", but as attackers we will always live in the "maybe" zones
If it was {85/100=R(result) and if R=(fail) then 15/100}, then it shouldn't be written as "more likely" but as "additional chance." I didn't make the logic language rules. That's just how it is.
