If you were charged for units that you didn't buy, it wasn't Kabam that charged you for them it was either the Apple app store or the Google Play store. You would have to take it up with them. I'm not as familiar with the ins and outs of the Google Play store, but if you are playing on an iOS device then all unit purchases (and all cash purchases period) go through the Apple in-app purchase mechanism which requires user confirmation. If you got a bill for units from Apple and you didn't buy the units, Kabam would obviously have no record of that transaction and couldn't help you. Only Apple could.
