Should Loki have Cold Powers?

So, he's a Frost Giant. Cool. Too bad he doesn't have any "Frosty" powers. But to be honest, he totally should. He literally shoots icebergs out of the ground on his Special 2. I know he deals Energy Damage if he has more Health than the opponent on the Special 2, but there should be something more "cold" related. He should have Cold Snap or Frost Bite like Iceman. Mephisto is Immune to Cold debuffs, & the upcoming Sabertooth is rumoured to be immune to Cold Debuffs as well. It would be nice if those immunites were useful outside of fighting Iceman... and Loki should totally have Cold Powers according to his origin. Loki's base Damage output is extremely weak as well, & some Frost Bite &\or Cold Snap would really increase his damage for the better.
