PHC error?

So last night I got enough shards and decided to open a PHC. I put it in the crystal spinner and it started spinning as usual. After 5 seconds I tap on it to try and stop it. It kept on spinning. At first I thought I had to wait it out, so I waited for a good 3 minutes. Guess what, it kept on spinning, despite me tapping it 20 times. Since there's no way of backing out of a crystal, I closed the app and reopened it. I never got my champion. I even checked my stash to see if I got any iso 8. I was using a redmi note 3 if it helps.

Is anyone else having this issue?

    Hey there OP. Sorry to hear about this issue with your Crystal! If you submit a ticket to our Customer Support team, they should be able to tell you what Champion you won from the Crystal. In the game on the home screen, please tap the grey gear icon in the top left corner. From there, tap on the button that says “Support”. Thanks!
