Spirit Harvest Crystal - Hela Featured???

I thought Blade was the last of the old style featured 5* crystals but there is this crystal that appears to be a 5* featured Hela. Is this truly an old style featured with the increased drop rate for the feature (Hela in this case)?

I think so, but I'm confused also as I thought Blade was the last featured crystal they were doing.
