Other than the Glory store, is there another way to easily, quickly get T1As?

Glory is the fastest but doing event quests will net you a few and you can always get 1 from arena every 9 days.

U can only get t1a from map 3 crystals. AQ isn’t a reliable resource for t1a unless u buy them from glory. Kabam is holding t1a hostage. War season rewards have every rank up item except t1a. Kabam really needs to make these more available

You can get one every three days from the alliance events (completion, item use, perfect series etc.), assuming your alliance gets enough points, it's manageable if you're all reasonably active.
You get five a month from doing normal, heroic and master levels on the event quest. The three from master only require completion not exploration if it's still too difficult for you.
Add the t1a arena and the ones you can get from glory store, you can get 15-20 a month.
