PLEASE HELP!

To tech support,

I appreciate the help and Giude to enable me to lodge a supper ticket but I come across something that seems unusual and may aid in helping me retrieve my lost progress. When I reached the stage of the introduction where I will chose my name I attempted to use the same name as my last account and the response stated that the name already existed?
