Blade Passive and dimensional beings immunities

I do not understand the description on Blade's passive.
It says "When against dimensional beings, Danger sense activates and grants Blade x attack rating while also reducing the opponent's ability accuracy by 40%. This ability accuracy reduction ignores dimensional beings' immunities"
So, what I interpret of this is, the ability reduction ignores whatever immunities the champion has... against ability accuracy reduction (like Archangel, if he were a dimensional being). It certainly does not shut dowm immunities (poison, bleed, incinerate).
So what is it supposed to actually mean and which champion is this intended for?

If I extend his danger sense to all mystics it will still only affect dimensional beings?
