Maintenance

I had a maintenance at 6 o'clock (Non-Regular Time) to 7 and I thought "Well now I can do the skill daily quests to rank up my 4 star blade to rank 2." However maintenance occurred at 8 o'clock (Regular time) right as I was trying to clear the tier two skill quest. So my question is how come I was getting a maintenance at 6 o'clock and not 7. Also is this a bug or did they just skip between hours... Please help

They had emergency maintenance before the scheduled maintenance.....AGAIN

I love the game it's just why did there have to be a pre maintenance before the maintenance..
