Mephisto bugged

Hi there. I just finished act 5.4.5 and noticed that mephisto has a bug with the new update. I could no longer capture his souls. He stayed on 3 throughout the whole fight. When I died he also didn’t gain anymore souls. Is anyone at kabam aware of this problem and when would there be a likely fix?

He only gains souls when he kills someone, not during the fight and when he dies they are gone.
