SA rewards question

In order to receive SA rewards, do you have to stay in the alliance until you receive the rewards, or can you simply leave after the timer resets and still receive them?

You won't get them, and if you make it habit people may just outright kick you for being a leech if you do it often enough for people to talk about it

Yes you need to be in the Ally at the time the Rewards arrive.
