MCoC veteran trying to form a specific alliance focus

Hey forums, I recently retired from an alliance in the upper vestiges of the game to found my own because I was burnt out on 5x5 AQ. What I'm looking for is strong players who know the ins and outs of the game and want to focus more on AW than AQ. We are also willing to work with lesser players as long as they're active and committed to personal growth. My goal is to be running Map 3 with some Map 4 sprinkled in and to be in the top 10 tiers for AW (especially now that seasons are out). We've had some time to get off the ground but would like to fill up. Line app is required, donations are not, and we're currently running Map 2 with Map 3 sprinkled in because of a lack of ability.
