AI using dexterity?

Has anyone noticed the AI outside of AW or arena is evading like it has dexterity?

    The AI has an in-built default Dexterity mechanic that’s activate straight off the bat from Act 1, Quest 1, Fight 1. Although the AI doesn’t use this very much, it does go a long way to show that Dexterity should in fact be a mechanic, not a mastery and thus shouldn’t trigger MD.

    Really? I know the AI has a deep evade like dexterity but recently I've noticed them evading like dexterity is actually used. I've been playing for 2 years and only noticed them 'using' dexterity in the last few months.

    Yeah they changed the AI. They didn't used to evade the way they do now.
