Game closes after fights

i been experiencing this issue lately and some of my alliance teammates when you are fighting and finish the fight the game closes it doesnt go to the animation victory part . In alliance quest you end up loosing half of the health of your champ it happens random so you never know when is going to happen so i would have to record every single fight to provide a video but if anyone else is going thru this please leave a comment
