I got a 4* Spiderman from a PHC early on in the game. And Youtubers are constantly getting them. So yeah. I guess.

I average 1 out of every 100. I got lucky yesterday and popped one PHC and awakened my 4* Hood.

I just got a 4* ...Ant Man yesterday from a PHC. It had been since September of last year since I pulled one and I'm a very active player... Meaning I open A LOT of PHC's

I open at least 3-10 PHC a day and haven't pulled a 4 star in a month.
