Didn't receive my signature stones with 4* bundle

Dear kabam I just purchased the 4* bundle with the 5* shards but the signature stones that was suppose to come with the package and I was looking forward to I didn't receive.

Hey OP. Sorry that you're having issues with your 4* bundle. @GroundedWisdom is correct; you'll want to open a ticket with Customer Support in order to have them take a look at this for you. You can open a ticket through the game by tapping on the gear icon in the top left corner of the game, then going to "Support." I hope this helps!
