Iceman and explosive personality

The explosive personality buff should not be able to deal more than 5% damage to Iceman with ice armor. When this effect triggers, icemans armor does not break and it deals the full 25%. Iceman clearly says reduces damage from a single source. This node's effect is clearly a single source. I would definitely call this a bug or inconsistency.
