awful game performance

Dear kabam.how do you expect from us,to pay for this game?for too many months,nothing happend with the bugs,they are getting worse and worse.the dashback is slow and short again.the block works 5 times from 10.the lag is horrible.the opponents are blocking our special attacks.arena-aw,we get parry stuns from the opponents,without any reasons.lack of resources,not enough gold and t1 alpha,impossible to rank up 5* heroes.plus the unfair changes,like the 5* featured crystals and the horrible hero drops from 5* basics.when you will do something,guys?

sometimes it seems like it only matters if it hurts the big boyz and blubbery whales. This is natural though. Maybe they need more info,or incentive and help with these things. Gotta keep an open mind.
