New idea for Mystic Dispersion

How about changing it into power gain when an enemy buff is nullified instead of expires. Or power gain on each type of buff like the change on will power. I have maxed out mystic dispersion and for some fights I can just keep firing sp2 or sp3 it feels so cheating. Btw other class masteries are not impressive at all.

    I just don't like that the opponent gains power for nothing. Like I have to get lucky the AI will launch an SP1 or I'm baiting all day into L3.

    The one obvious and long overdue update is changing Dexterity to not trigger MD and not be counted as a buff. There is no valid argument for it to be a buff. Trying to avoid from getting hit in a fighting game.. hmmmm...

    That is the default strategy for all games and in life!!! If somethings going to hit me I try to move out the way. I have not spent years trying to master this. Trust me, I don't have special powers.
