a question about AW rewards for season 1

I think I remember when the new season of AW being rolled out, maybe in the FAQ section, that if you switch alliances, as long as you are with your new alliance for 5 wars prior to the finish of the season that you get the rewards. Is that true? We were discussing that in our alliance last night, with some variance in the answers given. Anyone remember how long new peeps have to be in the alliance to get rewards? Thanks.

    5 wars in a alliance and has to be part of that alliance till the end of season to claim those rewards.
