Allow selling T4CC for T5 shards

Many classes are over flowing and we can’t stop opening crystals because we need certain classes. For example I need a skill T4CC but I have science and cosmic in the over flow. No reason to not being able to sell them at this point in the game.

    No kidding...
    Since mid December to now I’ve earned 18 t4cc tech & used 7. But only gotten 6 1/2 mutant (need 7 to rank 4 5* archangel). I ranked 4 5* quake to stop t4cc from expiring (not the worse rank up but had rather done someone else). If we could sell the t4cc it would be better.
