I paid 10 bucks and got nothing.

I recently purchased a crystal pack order #3389-9220-0570-91565 giving me 5 crystals and didn't receive a single 3 star. Funny thing is my girl did too right next to me with the same result. So out of 10 no 3 or 4? Not one? You would think even with that many one would at least be diff? So how rare is it exactly? Because if I can be blunt that is bull. There no way that I shouldnt have at least got a 3. Or her. But neither of us got anything worth a ****. I'm in the 40s as a summoner. For 10 bucks I got this ****? What am I going to do with a bunch of 2 stars? I want my money back or something better. I didn't sell or use anything I bought.

    That’s the risk you take with crystals. I’m sorry you didn’t get what you wanted from it, but it clearly states guaranteed 2* with a rare chance at 3 and 4*s. There are no guarantees you’ll get something good, regardless of the money involved. Hope your next crystals have a better outcome.

    No that is a no chance... Out of 10 draws if there is any real chance I would have got one that was diff or her. The fact that NEITHER of us got anything different means that you don't even have a one in 10 chance there so called "rare" chance should be a little more reasonable since I am paying for it. I can get all this **** for free. I think the drop rate should be better if your paying.

    Not to be math-y about it, but let's assume the drop rates for a 3* are 90% (which I don't think they are).

    That means that for every 10 crystals, there is a 35% chance that you get only 2* champs. That's not much worse than a coin toss, and it's what you saw today.

    Your logic is essentially like saying "I flipped two coins and got heads twice. There's no way the odds of tails are 50%."

    If it makes you feel better, I spent $30 today and got all 3* trash. But such is life, and it's a (painful) reminder to not overspend on champions.

    Sorry to hear that, it is really down to RNG and luck. I know my luck isn't blessed by RNG God, that's why I won't bother to buy any of those anymore.

    It's a rare chance. No guarantee. I bought it and got 2*s as well. One of my guys got 4* Setinel. They roll how they roll. Last time I rolled a 3* Hulk Rags. You win some, you lose some.

    yeah but I get a FREE premium and auto open getting a 3* iron patriot.... Out of 10 I get only 35% chance? That's not what I would say rare... That's more like ultra rare and the same thing happens to my girl... That just seems a little fantastical... More like it's a rigged software program look hos it stops on then suddenly skips that awesome 4* mudsa to a dumb 2*iron fist... Always him.... What about those odds?

    Where are you getting 35% from? In those Crystals, the 2*s are the greatest possibility. 4*s are rare. 4* Featured is more rare, but an increased chance at the 4* being a Featured. I don't know where you're gathering that math from.

    What are the odds of me pulling a 4* Bishop, 3* Bishop, and 3* War Machine out of 3 crystals? Bad pulls doesn't mean rigged anymore than good pulls.

    Your Math is wrong. If the drop rate for a 3* is 90%, assuming independence, the odds that out of 10 crystals you only get 2*'s is: (0.1)*(0.1)*(0.1)*(0.1)*(0.1)*(0.1)*(0.1)*(0.1)*(0.1)*(0.1) = 0.0000000001

    Which means you would have a 99.99999999 % chance to get at least one 3* out of 10.

    Sorry mate but that happens to everyone. The crystals have a really low chance of dropping 3 and 4* champs. That's pretty normal.

    That's real nice dude had nothing to do what we are talking about your comparison is equal to comparing a two by four to a dog. Your 65$ went to a movie and got what you paid for we all know what we get when we pay fir movies so that was a kinda ignorant comparison. So anyway the 35% chance I was told by someone else and I was going by that. Point is I feel if we pay we should get better odds

    You're acting like a little kid. Just cause you paid doesn't mean you get a guaranteed 4* champ. That's why lots of people are F2P. I've gotten like 16 4*'s in 1 year, and I haven't spent a single dime on the game.

    I'm a kid too and yet I got a 4* Stark Enchanced, 4* Voodoo, and 4* OG Daredevil all 4/40, yet I have played for a year and didn't spend a single dime. Work for it and it'll pay off.

    This is turning into insults. To clarify, I understand you're upset, but the Forum is not for venting. It's to discuss the game. It's here for Players and Staff both to interact. Which means others will comment. Mind you, it should be constructive. It's not for anyone to presume to tell you what to do with your children, but the game is Rated Teen. Which means you assume responsibility when allowing your children to play. The Crystals are not guarantees. Nor are they Casino Gambling. You try for a CHANCE. That much is stated. As for other people making it personal, there's no need for that. What we're trying to say is it's common knowledge that the drops are rare in these cases, and that can be discovered by communicating with Players on the Forum. It's entirely up to you whether you spend again or not, but no one is entitled to anything when they take their own chances.
