The Game wont load and match wont start

So heres the deal I was opening MCOC it never did the first time
Restarted my phone it did after some while. Then i went to AQ to do a boss fight the match didnt load my champ was KO like just spinning there but never loading
I dont expect any compensation from you ppl cause thats just dumb since u never will do that. What i do ask is to fix this bug ASAP nothing more
