New Champion - practice duel target

It would be really great to have a Kabam Fake Account with a maxed out New Champion as a practice duel target for the duration of each month's event quest.
That way we can try out which champs work best before burning 60+ energy to get to them.
So have a BISHOP-DUEL with a top champ 5/65 sig200 BISHOP and a SABERTOOTH-DUEL with a top champ 5/65 sig200 Sabertooth. And next month delete the accounts and set up 2 new new ones.
Everybody who has played the game before Arena Kang/Thanos teams were introduced, know this is possible as there were thousands of fake accounts back then when nobody had maxed out champs but arena opponents had to get tougher.
(And NO, trying out the Heroic/Master quests is not an option, because these opponents just die to easily)
