In-game images reload every time when I switch between tabs and laggy

in Bugs and Known Issues
After the xmen Savage update, the game eats too much of internet data, and the reason is that the ingame thumbnails and images of champs, quest images, champions tabs etc seems to reload every time and causing higher data consumption. Happens even not clearing the cache. Android KitKat.
Pls fix this
