    Hi Knightmarlon,

    Below are some troubleshooting steps that you should try which may help to resolve the issue:
    1. Try turning airplane mode on and then off
    2. Close out of the app, reboot the device and try logging in again
    3. On iOS, close the app completely, log out of Game Center, open the app again and log-in directly to your Kabam account
    4. Uninstall the game and reinstall

    i think when i login in other account twice my account the same problem in different mobile ... maybe this is it the main problem
