I’m also getting this on my IPhone 8. Started a few hours ago where I can’t log in on network or WiFi. I can connect via my iPad though, so not sure why it’s just my phone.
Below are some troubleshooting steps that you should try which may help to resolve any connection issues:
1. Try turning airplane mode on and then off
2. Close out of the app, reboot the device and try logging in again
3. On iOS, close the app completely, log out of Game Center, open the app again and log-in directly to your Kabam account
4. Uninstall the game and reinstall
