We are currently experiencing an Error when Summoners view a Champion’s Synergies while in the Champion Selection screen in Arenas and Duels. We are aware of this issue and are working on a Hotfix to address it. In the meantime, please avoid using the synergy menu to prevent this error and crash. We apologize for this inconvenience.     I am having the same thing on IOS. Haven't been able to get in for an hour and a have. Been on both wifi and cell service. Neither works.

    I’m also getting this on my IPhone 8. Started a few hours ago where I can’t log in on network or WiFi. I can connect via my iPad though, so not sure why it’s just my phone.

    Took two full uninstall and reinstalls, but now am able to connect

    Same problem. This has been happening for two weeks now.
  • Same problem can’t log on with iPad on wifi for over half a day. T4 arena might not get finished.
  • Instead of updating the game they shouldd upgrade their servers!!!

    Hi all!

    Below are some troubleshooting steps that you should try which may help to resolve any connection issues:
    1. Try turning airplane mode on and then off
    2. Close out of the app, reboot the device and try logging in again
    3. On iOS, close the app completely, log out of Game Center, open the app again and log-in directly to your Kabam account
    4. Uninstall the game and reinstall
