I have a 4* black widow, is she worth keeping and ranking up or should l sell her ?

I would suggest you don't sell any champ, best to keep all

You can R3 her for Arena grinding purposes, and occasional quest line up

She isn't her old self anymore, but she is still okay, just that there are plenty better choices for AW, AWD, AQ and Quest ahead of her (skill class alone, I think: Blade, GP, Crossbone, Hakweye, Elektra, Killmonger, Taskmaster, Thor Ragnarok, Black Panther are probably more handy than her)

My 4* BW (dupped sig99) are at R4/40 and I won't bring her to R5, better use the resource somewhere else.

even after nerf she is still a good champ, enhance crit + ability reduction ...worth keeping but not r5 maybe

If you have quake, their synergies will have additional ability reduction. But on her own, she can still hold her fort. One ally mate of mine still use her for AQ map 5...

I have her r5 and sig 99 shes great synergy with hulk for stun lock but my duped gwenpool is next level with deep wounds.
