Low attack once opponent reaches ~25% health

I have noticed this after v13.1 that attack just drops or no crit hits happen at times once opponent reaches ~25% health. I got assassin mastery rank 1, but that also doesn't help until the very last hit when I get good hit. Some more players in my alliance have seen this, and it is not fixed where this happens. Though I've seen this mostly in arenas. Anyone else having this problem?

    Same. Whenever the opponent has like 15% health left, the next hit doesn't do much damage even with max glass cannon and 1 point in assassin.

    I havent noticed honestly but it is something to pay attention to now that you mentioned something about it
