Account Rollbacks

Question: Who here has not made a change to their account that they wish they could reverse but can't?

In response to support tickets # 04665233, # 04668092, and # 04668133 -

@Kabam Miike @Kabam Wolf @Kabam Vydious @Kabam Loto @Kabam Zibiit I find it incredibly disappointing that (after having played this game for over 1.5 years and spent a considerable amount of time AND money building
up a very respectable account) a simple mistake on my part with changes made to my account cannot be undone by your team.
I have spent a lot of time on this, and various other multiplayer games over the years and the ability for an admin to perform a rollback on an account that has been negatively impacted has always been an option available to the player base, except MCOC.

Kabam has performed rollbacks for accounts where players were incorrectly awarded certain items or taken advantage of exploits in the game, to name a few examples. You also make changes to the accounts of members of the 'content creator program' on a regular basis so I am troubled that you refuse to assist a paying and long term customer in a time of need. I do not believe this is something somebody, somewhere within the Kabam organisation cannot assist with.
