220k player lf: 10 Million alliance that uses Line

Hello there.
I am in need of a casual but strong alliance that does both AQ and AW that takes personal life into account.
Its tricky for me to find a reliable alliance because I am busy with school and work, but committed to doing as well as I can. I primarily use Line for communication.
I get really bad anxiety if I make a wrong move, take a wrong path just once in a while because I've been kicked for a silly mistake in AQ, which is why I am looking for an alliance now. When I'm busy with schoolwork I don't fully pay attention in AQ, but I do rather take AW much more seriously.
I am on Eastern Standard time and have school weekdays from 6am-3pm. I can usually come on occasionally though. Work, it just depends on the manager.

I would prefer the rating to be around 8mil (give or take) that focuses on map 4.

Because of a work promotion and training, I have had to separate with an alliance.
