Who’s done spending on crystals?

So I apologize if someone’s already done this. But my question is: considering that the drop rate numbers for 4-5 star crystals (depending on where you’re at in the game) are so ridiculously low , are you done investing money towards crystals and champs? I for one, was a conservative spender, loving the thrill of possibly getting a 5 star hero on certain offers. Now seeing that these odds are worse than any Vegas game out there, I’m out. I would consider if they were balanced at least another few percent in the positive direction. If you’re not a spender of any sort, just ignore this post.

Where is the third option for i already knew the odds were low and understand that rare chance is a really low chance and dont buy crystals evem before odds was released

I spent probably over 3k units on PC’s and featured during my first year and realized that it wasn’t the smartest thing to spend units on. If I would’ve saved for T4 basic/class deals instead of crystals, I would’ve had rank 5 4*’s A heck of a lot sooner. Live and learn. Haven’t purchase a unit crystal since. I have bought several T4 class and basic deals over the past 2 years with saved up units

Add me to the "didn't buy crystals to begin with" crowd.

That being said, the released drop rates only justified my position.

Ive mostly quit nevermind spending. When you spend and complain about the state of the game YOU are feeding the whales. The simple reason is that Kabam is only interested in catering to them and not its broader demographic.
So I am now a diet player.
Good thing to, itshouldnt be a job to play

I have not purchased specific crystals in a LONG while...probably over 2 years. I save my arena earnings for the occasional offer that I may need.

I drop units on a featured gmc or two when I have a few k units saved, but it’s a fun gamble, not out of commitment to getting a certain champ.

It’s like dropping a buck in the slot machine as you leave the hotel lobby. Don’t expect much, but you might be surprised.

So far, I’m not surprised. 😟
