Yes, I've exited out. Yes, I've restarted app. No, it hasn't fixed this issue.

I'm having the same issue as well as other weird background glitches. The background for time to time flickers white like s strobe light and its very distracting while in combat.

yeah ive had 3 screens today similar to this i think mostly beginning of match, the kind that flash when you lose connection and appear as a quick static frame before the reconnect button shows up.
