Tier 3 Class Catalysts in Daily Quests

In the last three weeks of the mystic daily quest, and I've run through the most difficult path multiple times each week, I've gotten a total of one tier 3 catalyst, and I only finally got that by selling half of my tier 2s. Can these rewards be updated, please? It's kind of absurd if someone's got the other required catalysts and iso, which can expire, as well as the gold, but can't take a 5* to rank 2 because Kabam made some arbitrary change to these rewards.
It doesn't count as making 5* resources (tier 4 catalysts, alpha catalysts, etc.) more available if you only manage to save them because it takes so ridiculously long to get the basic resources to take them from rank 1 to 2.
