Bishop Medium Attack Bug

I’m experience an issue with Bishop. After a five hit combo his block will not come up fast enough to block an immediate counter from the opponent. At first I thought maybe it was because I was fighting a tech champ but then it happened again in the next fight against a Mystic champ. Any one else having this issue?

    Yes man, have that same problem with my 5* Bishop.

    Yes they said they were trying to fix this.
