Connectivity issues. Costing me units.

I have had my internet checked, and it's good. After my last war fight I checked my connectivity speed and it was 0. When I close out mcoc. Connectivity is back to normal. The game mechanics and connectivity have been an issue for a while. Please lmk what is going on, and if I can do anything to help?
