AW nodes changing while in the same tier...?

If you play in the same tier, aren't the nodes supposed to remain the same? In the last few weeks, I've noticed while we have remained in tier 3, depending on what opponent we faced, nodes would vary slightly. As a 1 BG war group, we often face very familiar opponents (can be boring but that's what we get for doing 1 BG wars...) and I've noticed the difficulty vary.

Here are some of the nodes that I have personally seen change and they seem to be the same for the opponent we face, meaning when we faced alliance 'A' we got harder nodes with stun immunity, unblockbable L1, etc each time but when faced up against alliance 'B' we get easier nodes with just limber, no unblockable, etc each time...

#17 - unblockable L1 w/ L1 bias VS just L1 bias
#36 & #51 - stun immune VS limber

@Kabam Miike @Ad0ra_ can you provide any insight on this?

    If you faced the easier nodes you were in the lower map and probably facing an alliance in tier 4. If you are on the cusp of tier 3/4 then your maps will change depending on opponent. This happened to us for a while until we worked our way up to the middle of tier 3 and only facing other tier 3 opponents.

    Makes sense... We aren't on the cusp of tier 3. We started season 1 in tier 2 and dropped to 3 mid season. Was thinking all our match-ups were going to be in the same tier but with 1 BG wars (pickings/matchups are slim) and with whatever Kabam did with match making updates to make it not just based on War rating, makes sense that we could get matched up with lower tier'd opponents. Before season 1 and with the start of season 1, we had to be on the ball with starting matchmaking once it opened up or we wouldn't get 3 wars for the week and even then we sometimes only got 2. So we get 3 wars now but it's across tiers, which can impact the nodes we see. #GotIt
