Participation a must in AQ and AW, we do not force any minimums but usually hit all the milestones except 3 day perfect series (we definitely hit a few milestones there too)
SA- usually 20-40% and sometimes 6-20%
Line required, and you need to be active
No spoon feeding, you gotta do what you are supposed to do, we have a bunch of friendly officer’s who are there to help you all if needed, but common, it’s the same thing everyday!
