What is considered Damage over time?

We all know these:
Bleed, poison, shock, incenerate, neurotoxin.
Does Cold Snap, Fear of Void, and black iso(Kingpin) count as damage over time?
If they do, then GHulk’s FaceMe should counter the damage on them.

GHulk ability only works against passive damage over time effects. So no debuffs like bleed, poison, incinerate, coldsnap or shock will work.
I think it works with fear of the void, but one of the abilities of fear of the void is to reduce healing.
His ability also works with limbo or aura of incineration. There are more examples besides this ones
