Bugs when fighting Cable after 17.2

So yesterday I fought a 6* Cable in alliance war and it was a frustrating mess. My regular parry timing was leading to me getting hit, my block wasn't working correctly, and his specials couldn't be evaded like I'm used to from fighting him time after time as the AQ mini boss. Something definitely feels off with his animations, his attacks, his hit stun, or his hit boxes! I asked alliance mates and they noticed the same thing and there is also a Reddit post with more people confirming some of the same issues. This is probably related to the larger overall issues with 17.2, especially how evading his L1 no longer works, but I wanted to bring it to Kabams attention so they are aware. If you experienced the same thing or have anything to add please do so.
