Red Hulk tag?

I was about to fight Red Hulk but when I scrolled down to see what he was tagged with (ex, #Defense: Utility, #Hero, #Sinister Six, etc.), I saw him labeled as a villian.

Why? I don't think I've ever seen him as a straight up bad guy.

Well, he (General Ross) has always sought after killing the Hulk. With Hulk being a good guy, that makes him a bad guy. In fact, most high ranking military members can be seen as bad guys in the eyes of civilians, given their utilitarian viewpoints.

I think someone loves Rulk so much he can't be a bad guy..lol.. he's definitely awesome now.
