Arena Boost Crystals broken

I just opened nearly 300 of the arena boost crystals and got zero 4 star boosts. This was not the case last time I opened a large batch, getting approximately 20-25% 4 star boosts previously.
I realize they are less common than 3 star version, but I believe 0/300 is a little excessive.
There are no odds listed, so this is probably always changing behind the scenes, but maybe either the description is wrong and they are only 3 star boosts now, or the algorithm determine the prize is broken, or the odds have been dropped from reasonable to futile.
