Why x force deadpool don't regenerates??

Dear kabam,
When deadpool regenerates venompool also can regenerates.. then why not deadpool x force ?? It only power up .. believe me there is no use of his 3 Rd attack if opponent don't get bleed..

    Because,During the events in the comics,which led Deadpool getting this new suit,He had lost his healing factor
