heroic rift robbery

i had just started the heroic rift and was only in there for maybe 5 minutes and ran out of energy and the energy pop up came up to buy or ask for help so i clicked buy and bam! says my time is up and i didn't complete the rift in time. forces me back to the event screen and our alliance war ended simultaneously. so looks like i just got screwed out of my master rift shards and my rewards from master rift. have sent an email to kabam they said check my phone but it's not my phone my phone doesnt control the 1 hour kabam timer now does it? now they say restart the app and i should be able to get into it nope not the case ive been KABAMED!!!

    just a visual glitch when war ends, as long as you closed and restarted you'd be fine (you probably waited over an hour for the rift to end)

    i tried and it showed up as closed and my shards were gone with no rewards and no master rift shards

    how long did you wait though? it wouldn't close after 5 minutes....that's impossible

    after it forced me out i checked and tried getting back in wouldnt let me and sent kabam an email got one back in about it
