Send a ticket to Kabam support. Maybe they may have some sympathy for you and replace the missing champs. As another poster said, it happens regularly so don't have high hopes. But try to furnish them with info like the approximate time the champs were sold and screenshots if possible, to help your case.

Apart from that, you're not actually missing that much by losing those particular champs (I find CW awesome but generally he isn't top tier), but good luck still.
