Just got Thor Ragnarok, and I’m not sure if I should bring him up or go for Hawkeye or crossbones...

    Depends on what you need. Power control, or someone who reduces defense ability accuracy? Crossbones is really useful in RTTL, mostly for the safeguard/spiked armor nodes. Hawkeye is just an all round power drainer, very reliable to use. Don't rank up Thor Ragnarok unless you get him duped, and at a high sig level.

    Hawkeye. Doesn't need the dupe and since I brought him 4/55, he's been MVP for War, Act 5 and Event quest. Imo the most useful L1 in the game (of course if champ can bleed). Crossbones wouldn't be bad either. Thor relies on dupe and high sig level to be demi-god tier if I am not mistaken... Hawkeye is demi-god tier even unawakened.
    That's my opinion :)
