Looking for ally AW 2200-3500 to drop rating

I’m looking for a high war rating ally with the intention of losing wars to drop war rating (those adopting the ally swap strategy). A place that I can park my low level 2nd account so collect war defeat rewards of 5* shards and at the same time help the ally drop war rating to the desired level
