13.8M alliance looking for 5700 prestige players, Europe and USA

RBAtm (Rebel BA Asylum) is looking for 1 international and 2-3 US Time Zone based players with a min of 5700 prestige to replace a few who are leaving because of life situations and game fatigue. We need adult players with a sense of humor who communicate when life, work or family need to take priority to join after this AQ cycle. We don't like drama or egos. We're lucky to have players that know what they are doing and work to help each other as a team. Out goal is to keep advancing and growing without being militant about it. We use Line to communicate.
AQ: 5x5, we have no issues clearing all BGs and we do every time. Last AQ we hit 116M.
WAR: we run war nonstop and finished the season Gold 1- rank 293. Next season we anticipate doing better (making a push for platinum) as we started the season with a war rating around 1300 and ended with a rating of 1967. Off season we are still going to run war 3/week for shards without pressure.
EVENTS: Completion is the only event we require/have a minimum. All other events like (item use and SA) we hit without issues. In events that reward an alpha cat, we'll push for it as a team. No grinding requirements but we have some real grinders too.
